Below you will find the form to submit a request to get tattooed. Thank you for the consideration! I respond to most of them within a few days to a week. Please fill out as much info as you can provide.

Pricing is figured out once I know all the details of your tattoo. I charge per piece, and hourly for large scale bodywork.
