Below you will find the form to submit a request to get tattooed. I respond to most of them within a few days to a week, but I will not take requests seriously that are missing fields of basic tattoo information, or are just entirely outside of what I do (visit Instagram portfolio).
Pricing is figured out once I know all the details in your tattoo. Every tattoo requires a non refundable deposit.
Be aware, once dates fill up, the books will close. At that point, the request form may not be accessible.
